Great job for starting an exercise routine! I personally feel that the hardest part of a routine is the first step but it definitely gets easier each time, especially when you start seeing/feeling results! I also really liked the advise you have given on ways to help stick with a routine. Exercise has to be something you want for yourself and not something that is forced. If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way to make it happen. :)
