    When you do squirrel...there is nothing better than squirrel gravy and biscuits...yummie!

    The best way to do snake (rattlesnake) is small chunks wrapped in won-ton skins and deep fried....dipped in any sauce you can think of. And won-ton skins can be easily made from scratch. Also, snake is easier to clean than fish which I find as a highlight. Tastes just like chicken!!
